This device is a vertical straightening processing line equipped with multiple skew rolls. During pipe making, it can resolve head-tail bends, eliminate slight ovality , remove oxidized iron surface sheet .
It adopts vertical frame structure,composed of the upper and the lower pedestal, column, press-down worm gear box, the upper and lower roller seat, straightening rollers, driving motor, gear box, transmission shaft, straightening roller adjustment device etc.
