A strip accumulator provides a continuous line of strip to a tube mill from a supply of noncontinuous coils of strip. It does this by accumulating or temporarily storing strip in a manner that permits the strip to be withdrawn to a mill line from the accumulator, while strip is simultaneously added to the accumulator at a higher speed.
Functions:
Horizontal roll accumulator in pipe line r is an important equipment to guarantee continuous pipe production. The accumulator accumulates and supplies steel strip for the main mill. While working, strip enters into the accumulator discontinuously at fast speed and comes out of the accumulator continuously at the same speed with the main mill.
Because coil-changing and end-cutting & welding need some time while the main mill produces pipe continuously, the Hydraulic Vertical accumulator in pipe line some length of strip to ensure continuous production.
Main Structure:
1. Low turnover bracket. Consisted of bracket,horizontal roller and vertical roller.
2. Angel adjust-table flip bracket. Consisted of support frame,angel control board,adjust-table roller and stop roller.
3. Leveling and feeding machine. Adopt two shaft pinching type,consisted of transmission part,pinch part,stop roller part and base part.
4. Horizontal spiral accumulator.Used to store material and drive steel strip,consisted of drive part,inner part,neutral roller part,horizontal roller part,outer ring roller part and feeding in roller frame part.
5. High turnover bracket.Consisted of high bracket,horizontal roller and vertical roller.
6. Electric controlling box.Made of controller cabinet,safety protection,e-stop button.
